THE THERAPY PROCESS
My intention is to meet you where you are, in presence, openness, in an authentic meeting between two human beings. It may be to talk and be listened to, to be in stillness or to contact one's own insights.
At my practice, you can have a relevant and competent therapy process. You choose the length of the process and how frequent the sessions are (within certain limits). You choose also what you want to work with first and to which extent.
I mostly use Gestalt therapy as a method but also sometimes meditation and bioenergetics. Welcome!
Note: You don't need to be in a crisis or ill in order to benefit from a therapy process. You can feel rather well and feel even better after a therapy.

A FEW WORDS ABOUT GESTALT THERAPY
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic and phenomenological psychotherapy, which started in the 50's. One of its founders, Fritz Perls, used to say that it was about changing paper people into real people. And also that this therapy was too good to use only with sick people.
"You and me, here and now" could summarize what Gestalt therapy is about. One strives for awareness, presence and responsibility in an authentic encounter between two or several people.
